After uploading, the modeling of your unique miniature world begins. Step by step, a highly detailed figure is created from resin, which will be perfectly showcased in the glass diorama. Production takes approximately 10 to 15 business days and cannot be expedited.

Since each figure is individually created, cancellation is not possible after production has started.

If changes are desired, they can be implemented for a fee of 5 euros per adjustment.
