How does ordering a personalized figure work?

You select the desired figure type, upload photos, and provide all important details, including hairstyle, clothing, accessories, or desired text. Our design team then takes over.

What photo quality is required?

A frontal, well-lit photo is optimal. For certain figure types, we request a standing full-body image. The clearer the template, the better the result will be.

What can I personalize?

Depending on the figure type, you can personalize hair, beard, glasses, clothing, accessories, pose, and name. For some products, text on the base, frame, or sign is also possible.

Do I receive a preview before completion?

For bobblehead figures and other more elaborate designs, you will receive a digital preview upon request. We do not provide this for building block figures, as they are created according to fixed design guidelines.

How long does production take?

Delivery time is usually about 1-2 weeks. During peak times, it may take a little longer.

What material are the figures made of?

Bobblehead figures: Hand-sculpted from polymer clay, sturdy, durable, and colorfast.

Building block figures: Made of high-quality plastic, refined with precision printing.

Framed illustrations: Digitally illustrated, flat printed on coated cardboard and presented in a wooden frame.

How are the figures delivered?

Your figure will be securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number. Depending on the product, delivery will be in a gift box or sturdy protective case.

Can I make changes after I have ordered?

As long as your design process has not started, changes are possible. After that, only in exceptional cases. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Please send us photos of the damaged figure and packaging within 7 days. We will review the case immediately and send a free replacement if the claim is valid.

Can I return or exchange the figure?

Since each figure is custom-made, returns or exchanges are not possible. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to help you.

Are there bulk discounts for companies or groups?

Yes. Whether for team figures, corporate gifts, or special events, we are happy to provide a customized offer for larger quantities.
