How does ordering a personalized figure work?
You select the desired figure type (e.g., building block figure, bobblehead, or framed miniature), upload photos, and enter all the important details—such as hairstyle, clothing, accessories, or desired text. Then our design team takes over.
What photo quality is required?
A frontal, well-lit photo is ideal. For certain body types (e.g., full-body figures), we request a standing, full-body photo. The clearer the template, the better the result.
What can I personalize?
Depending on the character type, you can personalize the hairstyle, beard, glasses, clothing, accessories (e.g., mug, book, laptop), posture, and name. For some products, you can also personalize the text on a platform, frame, or sign.
Will I receive a preview before completion?
For bobblehead figures and other more complex designs, you can request a digital preview. We do not offer this for brick figures, as these are created based on established design guidelines.
How long does production take?
Delivery time is usually approximately 1-2 weeks . Please note that during peak periods (e.g., before Christmas or Valentine's Day), waiting times may be slightly longer.
What material are the figures made of?
Bobblehead figures : Hand-sculpted from polymer clay – stable, durable, colorfast
Building block figures : Made of high-quality plastic, finished with precision printing
Framed illustrations : Digitally illustrated, flat printed on coated cardboard, presented in a wooden frame
How are the figures delivered?
Your figure will be securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number. Depending on the product, it will be delivered in a gift box or sturdy protective case.
Can I make changes after I have ordered?
Changes are possible as long as your design process hasn't started yet. After that, only in exceptional cases – please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
Please send us photos of the damaged figure and packaging within 7 days. We will review the case immediately and, if the claim is justified, send you a free replacement.
Can I return or exchange the figure?
Since each figure is individually crafted, returns or exchanges are not possible. However, if there is a problem with your order, we are happy to help.
Are there volume discounts for companies or groups?
Yes! Whether it's team figures, corporate gifts, or special events – we're happy to create a customized quote for larger quantities.
